Agreeing to these terms

By using academy.saswatlife.com, signing in, or booking a session you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and ourrefunds and cancellations policy.

Who can use the academy

You must be 18 or older to sign in and book for yourself. A learner under 18 may take sessions when a parent or guardian signs in, books and agrees to these terms for them.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Keep it secure: anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Sessions

• All sessions are one-on-one and held online by video call.
• A session is confirmed only when we have agreed a time with you and received payment.
• Join on time from a quiet place with a working camera, microphone and internet connection. Time lost through a late start on your side is not added on.
• Sessions in a package must be used within 3 months of the first session.
• You can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. See the refunds policy for cancellations.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on our pricing page or given when we confirm your booking. You pay in Indian rupees before your first session using the payment details we share with you.

Respect

We expect courtesy from both sides. We may end a session, or stop working with someone, for abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour. In that case we refund any sessions not yet taken, minus the session in which it happened.

Training materials

Notes, worksheets and exercises we share are for your personal use. Please do not resell or publish them. Do not record sessions without our agreement.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We train with care and skill. Growth in communication and leadership also depends on your own practice, so we cannot promise a particular result, such as a job offer, promotion or exam score. Our training is not therapy, counselling or medical advice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the sessions concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you book applies to that booking.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please talk to us first atacademy@saswatlife.com; most problems are quickly fixed. Otherwise, the courts at Golaghat, Assam have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
