Questions
- Are sessions really one-on-one?
- Yes. Every session is just you and your trainer, online.
- How do I book?
- Sign in with your Google account, then send us a booking request from your account page. We confirm a time with you by email or phone.
- How do I pay?
- We share payment details when we confirm your booking. You pay before your first session.
- Can I reschedule?
- Yes, free of charge, if you tell us at least 24 hours before the session.
- How long is a package valid?
- Use all the sessions in a package within 3 months of your first session.
